frustration

Sometimes frustration makes sense.

Like when you have a headache, or you are in line at Starbucks and realize your wallet is in your other purse, or the dog pees on the carpet even though you just let her out.

Other times it can catch you by surprise.

Like when someone invites you to lunch at your favorite restaurant, or tells you the tag is sticking out on your shirt, or asks you to marry them.

EMBRACE FRUSTRATION.

It is in the moments you are frustrated when you "shouldn't" be that you can learn so much about yourself--about your expectations, your unmet needs, where you are out of balance, and what your heart really wants.
